The Best Western Falcon Plaza's meeting facilities have been acknowledged for years as Bowling Green's superior place for small- to medium-size conferences, receptions and superior accommodations. As the preferred choice for meeting planners, three rooms are available for accommodating a meeting of two guests or a reception for 80. We pride ourselves in offering first-class service, modern meeting facilities and state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment. Food and beverage service can be arranged through our staff or guests can select their own caterer. Continental breakfast and break stations are arranged and served by our courteous staff.

Attendees of your meeting or reception will be enriched by your event and our rates are budget friendly. Complimentary services include water stations, pens and writing pads at each chair, VHS VCR, overhead projector, 27-inch television monitor, projection screen and table-top podium. Additional audio/visual equipment is available at a competitive fee.
